‘XYZ’ is not in scope. You may need to use an alias when referring to ‘MNO’

Hi ,

I am using 3 entities

Global

ABC

XYZ

All the relationship are in one to one , Global contains ABC and ABC contains XYZ.

XYZ contains a text attribute MNO and I executed the below rule in the rule doc of OPM 10.3.1 as well as 10.4. In 10.4 it is working fine where as in 10.3 I am getting an error “‘XYZ’ is not in scope. You may need to use an alias when referring to ‘MNO’

            MNO is correct if

                        MNO = “MARK”

I like to know why I am getting this error and the solution for it.
Thanks in advance
