XX:MaxPermSize=128m and JDK 1.3.1_9

Hi:

Problem threads start disppering on WL7.0sp4 went we start getting
java.lang outofmemory, could it be that we need to set XX:MaxPermSize=xxx parameters

Has the out of memory problem been fixed in JDK 1.3.1_09 B03, that exsited with previous version of JDK1.3. example XX:MaxPermSize=128m.
