the result of downloading this jar file
https://maven.oracle.com:443/com/oracle/jdbc/xmlparserv2/12.2.0.1/xmlparserv2-12.2.0.1.jar
ends up in a pom.xml and is 100% equal to
https://maven.oracle.com:443/com/oracle/jdbc/xmlparserv2/12.2.0.1/xmlparserv2-12.2.0.1.pom

Can you please verify it and fix the jar file.
It worked 4 month ago but now it is not working anymore.
