Xml To Edifact

781943Sep 2 2010 — edited Sep 9 2010
Hi

Xml file(s) should be retrieved via ftp from multiple hosts, validated, converted to Edifact D96A file and dumped to disk. I allready have the ecs and xsd files for this document and defined it via the b2b console.

For simplification let's assume the files have been collected via some SOA Suite deployment and now reside in a local directory.
Next thing would be to define a listening channel for this directory that picks them up. This should be marked internal so that it can be used by other local components for sending, right? But I don't understand how to receive the files this listener picks up.

How to convert and dump them to disk afterwards?
How should the set up for this task look like?
Could the translater web service used for this task from a soa composite or osb project instead doing it via the b2b console?
