XML schema type 'any','anyType' -Does JDev support creating XSLT for these?

user578807-OracleNov 26 2009 — edited Jun 15 2010
Hi,
I'm using JDeveloper 10.1.3.5. I'm not able to create xslt for schema's that contains schema type 'anyType' and schema elements 'any'. JDeveloper displays a message that this is not supported in this release.

I then downloaded JDeveloper 11.1.1.1. However, in this I do not get an option to create xsl map file for xsl style sheet at all. There is an option to create xsl style sheet, File -> General -> XML -> XSL sytle sheet.

I chose default role while opening JDeveloper 11g. Is there somethings that I'm missing here???

1. Why am I not able to create a xsl map file?
2. Does Jeveloper 11g support creation of xsl map file for schema's that contains 'any' elements and schema types 'anyType'?

Appreciate your help.

Thanks,
Apeksha
