XML Message Encoding and compressing in BPEL before send to HTTPs location

Dear All

Help me in following issues in BPEL process for Payment Data to send to viva HTTPS

1. Attached a security certificate to the message
2. Encode the message as base64
3. Compress the message with GZIP.

Please share your ideas.
