Hi!

Here is my problem:

I have oracle 10g XE on a test server (Windows 2003). It worked well, but at one moment during working connection with oracle server become down. When I try to connect with Toad, I get ora-12514: TNS:listener does not c urrently know of service requested in connect descriptor, in sqlplus: sqlplus sys/password as sysdba -> "Connected to an idle instance" and then I try to connect and get ORA-01034: ORACLE not available and ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist:
