XE on VPS

Hi -

We have a number clients that we have configured VPS/VDS for.

We use a variety of VPS providers.

Some of our clients would really benefit from XE on their VPS.

In terms of policy, can XE be run on a VPS ?

Does the limit of one install per machine include virtualization as well?
