XE - Compact Storage

Hello,

I have reached 75% of the 4Gb limit on my Oracle XE database. I have deleted a vast amount of rows in 3 of the largest tables but when I run the Compact Storage procedure the size remains at 75%.

What am I doing wrong? Should I be telling Oracle not to reserve so much space for certain tables? If so how would I do this with XE version?
