XCode and Java

i posted something similar to this the other day, but apparently what i thought i needed was completely wrong.

so, this is what i need help with. We used mapforce to code and generated the code in java on mapforce because it allows you to do that. so, we took those java files including the build.xml file and transferred them over to another computer with XCode. i need to know what do with Xcode to get the output file from java that mapforce would get with the mapping (aka. a flat file).
any help would be great. thanks
