xclock on OEL 7.3

Hi,

I am installing oracle 12c grid on OEL 7.3. To invoke ./runInstaller, I have to make sure the xclock (or) xhost is working.

Only command line is enabled in my OEL 7.3

There are number of articles which say to set the export display and then run it.
