X509 Cert Authentication Scheme - 403 HTTP Error

The user is been thrown a 403 HTTP error as part of this configuration to support X509certs.

Environment is OAM 10g running on Sun One Web Server6.1 and Solaris 2.8 O/S.

Any pointers on troubleshooting this issue ?
