x$ksppcv table not find

Hi,

Oracle Version:10.2.0.1
Operating System:Linux

When i am running the below query to find out the hidden parameters i am getting the error that x$ksppcv table not found.
SELECT
  x.ksppinm name,
  y.ksppstvl VALUE,

How can i get that x$ table.

Please help me.
