X Error of failed request: BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation)

Receiving this error "X Error of failed request: BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation)" when trying to run this form in UNIX.

The form seems to compile ok but when I go to run the form in forms builder I receive the error.
