wwv_flow _file_ api.create_file Procedure

Hi there,

does anybody know if this Procedure ist used to upload the images/files in the #WORKSPACE_IMAGES# Area ?
I would like to copy files from the /i/ Folder (EPG) to the #WORKSPACE_IMAGES# Area and vice visa.
As anybody tried this before ?
