WUT-105 Unable to Open File (Widows 10)

i am getting WUT-105 error while downloading file from my Oracle form using web util. This error is coming only on windows 10. For windows XP and windows 7 it is working fine.

I want to download file on C:\General.

Anyone help me out where is the exact problem i have given all rights on folder but still no sucess.
