WUO-705:unable to get the open property of the workbook class

I have created a form ,that reads from an excel sheet & populate data in a table.Now I am getting "wuo-705:unable to get the open property of the workbook class" error.then its showing JACOB throwing the exception:-unable to invoke save as property of workbook.
in next message its showing its handling 0 rows ,skipped 85 rows(when workbook has 85 rows).....
Please help me out....
its very urgent...please....
