WSL/tlisten/GWTDOMAIN port can disappear in 10.3RP162

Hi, anyone know what Tuxedo 10gR3 patch 163 solves?

I have a condition that causes after some disconnections and connections the GWTDOMAIN process stops listening on the configured port, and I don't know if rolling patch 163 solves this issue

The installed rolling patch is 162.
