wsimport does not support wsi flag

Hi All,

wscompile supports wsi flag to enable WSI-Basic Profile features, to be used for document/literal, and RPC/literal. wsimport does not support wsi flag. Any suggestions on how to make wsi work with wsimport.

Any help appreciated.
