WSDL file size limit

I'm trying to generate a WS proxy from a WSDL file using JDev 11.1.1.2. My wsdl file is quite big (~4 mb). I kept getting the out of memory java heap size. I increased it to 1024MB already. I can't go higher than that since JDev can't start up.

Is there a WSDL size limit for JDev? If so, where do we go to increase it?
