WSAD 5.1.2- hx:scriptCollector of onPageLoadBegin running multiple times

I am using Websphere 5.1.2 for JSF and using
preRender attribute of hx:scriptCollector to do the page load things?

In my case I see it as running 3 times, I was not able to figure out the problem, can somebody provide any clues on this?
