WRT_8001Error connecting to database...

Hello Experts,

I am running full load through DAC and after completion of few task some task are failing in informatica due to following error:

Error connecting to database...
WRT_8001 [Session SDE_ORA_GLBudgetDimension_Full Username (username) DB Error -1
Database driver error...
Function Name : Logon
ORA-12516: TNS:listener could not find available handler with matching protocol stack

Database driver error...
Function Name : Connect
Database Error: Failed to connect to database using user [username] and connection string [connection_string].]

After restarting the EP from DAC this task gets completed without error,and some new task fail due to this
Please help me with this.
