Wrong layout about webcenter sites UI display

I meet a problem which is about the webcenter sites UI display, the following is the short cut.

After deploying the war on webcenter sites, the red blank area seems display wrong. I have tried to install the demo application for several times, but it still show the wrong layout. Could you help me to solve the problem?
