Writing Query Data to Excel or TAB Delimited file

Hello All,

I have written a query and it returns more than 1,20,000 records. I need all these records to be written to EXCEL or TAB delimited file. But when I tried to write to TAB delimited file, after 1,06,225 records I got an error indicating "FIELD TRUNCATED" .

Can anybody please suggest a better way to collect all the data fetched by the query into a TAB Delimited file or to an EXCEL File.

I know excel will not have data more than 65536 records, so consider excel as CSV file.

Please suggest
