WRI$_ADV_SQLT_PLAN needs conversion

Trying to run Oracle DMU on a 11.2.0.4 database and have everything cleaned up except data that need conversion in the FILTER_PREDICATES field of WRI$_ADV_SQLT_PLAN.

What is the best way to take care of this?
