Wrapping of Text item

Hello All,

I have text box, and it is a note section, Currently it is aligned center, but i want it to be Top Aligned. Apart from this i want to wrap the text, currently when i enter the text, i can not see it once text box width is ended, so i want the text to be wrapped so that it is visible.

How to customize this way?
