Wrap a procedure

Hi,

I have a procedure and I want to wrap the code of the procedure so that other developers can't change the code.

I am using Toad,pl/sql delveloper third party tools and for the view or create a objects I am using those tools.

Oracle version 10g.

and please let me know that once wrap the procedure can I execute that procedure.

Please help.
