We plan for upgrading from our PLM from 6.2.0 into 6.2.2 by having the major concern issue on Rich Text Editor inside Formulation Step. From Release note on 6.2.2 version showing some enhancement on this RTE in three sections
1. Rich Text Editor in Supporting Documents in GSM
2. ingredient statement in a material specification
3.Rich Text Editor in Supplier Portal
But nowhere mention on formulation step, this make me so confuse that this 6.2.2 version can solve RTE in Formulation step or not. Please help me to clarify my understanding.
A lot of issues found on RTE are.
1. Can't change font type, size or color as it should
2. All of content or text after greater than sign disappeared
3. Can't format the table
4. if you would like to press enter for move into next line in the same area, we have to press shift+enter. Some specification you just press enter, some need shift.
5. Can't copy text from excel for word directly into this rich text
We create a lot of SR which related to all above issues, which oracle support mention that it would be solved in version 6.2.2
