Workspace mouse cursor

In EPM workspace - upgraded from 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.3 (via maintenance release), the mouse pointer is acting a little strange.

When we navigate through the folders, it opens not the folder we are trying to open by clicking it but one or two folders below the one we are pointing to.

Any suggestions?
