workspace didn't work using port 19000

Hi there,
We are currently reinstalling hyperion S9.2.0.3 to create a development environment. DEV is identical to production except the database (dev is in 11g and prod is in 10gR2; dev has two 32 bits server (one for HLS, HSS & HBI and another one for HFM) prod has one 32 bit server (HFM) and one 64b server (HLS, HSS, HBI). Everything else is the same.
Installation & configuration is fine (using tomcat as application server and apache as web server). HFM is working fine. workspace through port 45000 is available (but not fully fonctionnal :error when trying to access the report database configuration) but workspace is not available using port 19000. We get the welcome page (with some image missing), the login page pops up and remains empty with a javascript error explaining that 'application' is undefined.
Anybody could provide some help on this issue?
