Working with Icons in ADF

Hi All,

I have a requirement to add one icon (similar to below image ) to a Page, which should change to red based on SQL data and to white when SQL returns no data (like an indicator).

Can some one please help on how to achieve this using ADF , My ADF version is 12.2.1.4.0
