Workforce Planning & HRMS

Hi,

My company wants to look at a Hyperion Workforce Solution but we haven't gotten any clear information on how it can integrate with our Oracle EBS HRMS and Payroll solution.

I would be obliged if someone can point out how the integrations will take place. A particular scenario I am more interested in is if there's a new employee in the HRMS, the employee will probably be created as a member in Workforce Planning (will this be done manually in EPMA or is there some for of automatic integration we can rely on?)

Any help will be much appreciated.
