Workflow Wait not working

Hi Guys

We have a process that requires the workflow to wait for a given period of time. I have tried using the WF_STATNDARD.WAIT procedure but the process does not continue after the time has been reached. If I put in a relative time wait of 2 minutes, the process does not carry on forward after the time has elapsed. When I expedite the node, it works fine. I have checked the aq_tm_processes and it has a value of 1.

Any suggestions?
