Workflow upload errors

Hi DBA here, I got a workflow that has errored in upload as below:

The following errors were given by the workflow
382: Design Validation generated 3 warning(s). You may save invalid definitions but they should not be used in running process.

354: 'SAVE' validation failed for activity 'OEOH/UPG_PN_OEOH_REG_1017'.
352: Process must contain a start activity with no 'in' transitions.

354: 'SAVE' validation failed for activity 'OEOH/UPG_PN_OEOH_REG_1009'.
352: Process must contain a start activity with no 'in' transitions.

354: 'SAVE' validation failed for activity 'OEOH/UPG_PN_OEOH_REG_1002'.
352: Process must contain a start activity with no 'in' transitions.

1405: Invalid performer 'KH PO 1' in process activity 'WFSTD/VOTEFORRESULTTYPE'.

I posted this back to the developers, but they are asking me what they mean (and I thought they would know :-))

Anyone help me with this?
