I have workflow with Pre SME Review Human task. End User reviews and changes the status column in form to ESCALATE or CLOSE and clicks on complete button. Next step in workflow is Switch and when status is ESCALATE workflow works fine end to end but when status is CLOSE it still routes to SME Review task.
