Workflow Status monitor Access

Dear Folks,

Basically all workflow can be monitored through Status Monitor in SYSADMIN login.

My requirement is to give the same access to another user along with SYSADMIN.It means both SYSADMIN and <XXXX> user needs to view all status monitors.
