The workflow has been properly configured. The user's mailing address in FND User table & Employee HR Record table are correct and valid. The user's notification preference is also perfect. But, for some notifications, the status is CLOSED & the mail status is NULL. Such notifications are not being sent to the user. Even when I searched it in the mailbox, it was not there. This issue has been reported locally. Any suggestions or fixes?
