workflow notification

Hi,
i have done the following configurations for email notification to work with my planning app-

Configured shared common settings with Email Server(smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com) with SSL enabled and Admin Email id. Did check Authentication Required, neither did give any user id and password.

In planning application settings set the email server(smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com).

In planning preferences set the admin email id.

Is there anything else i need to configure??

After the administrator starts a planning unit and promote it to another user, no email is sent to the user.

Any idea??
