Workflow Not Showing up in My Workflow Assignments in webcenter content and webcenter contentnew UI

i installed the new Webcetnet Content user Interface and i need to configuration workflow to appear in new interface so as oracle documentation you should add "UseDatabaseWfInQueue=true" to config file then the alert appears on the Content Server home page after restart: but the alert not appearing
