I'm currently working on creating the 9th workflow, and as part of the process, I added a Human Task - Create to the flow. However, when I try to use it, I get the error "Failed to execute Create", as shown in the attached screenshot.
What could be the possible causes of this error, and what should I check to troubleshoot it?
