Workbench Client

Hi,

Can Workbench client be installed on a local Computer?

If yes, what are the settings other than Load Balance Server Configurations to be done?
Should we again create a machine profile and so on..

I have installed Workbench Client on my local computer and after configuring the Load Balance Server, getting an error "1921 - Primary load Balance server is not responding"

Kindly Assist.
