Word Document in Apex

Hello Guys,

I am new in apex and I need to open a word document in apex. Can anyone give me some solution for that. In detail, I have a page in apex which is form with report. What I want to do is, I want when a user in the report part clicks on the edit or update button to edit a row of report, he/she can see all the information in word document instead of apex report page. Is there anyway that I can reach this.
