I am not sure what is happening, I installed latest versions of both SQL Developer and SQL Developer Data Modeler on a windows 2019 server. Both installs use the included JDK. SQL Developer itself runs but when I launch Data Modeler it does not, not even splash screen. I have installed both on Windows 10 / 11 and both work there properly. I have to enable some logging but did not help unless I am configuring it wrong.
Any ideas.?
