WJView Error: Class not registered

I am an end user who is having trouble displaying some JAVA applications on the Internet. When I boot my PC, I receive an error message that says: "WJView error: COuld not locate Java Virtual Machine; Class not registered."

I assume my problem is not too difficult to resolve, however I do not know how to do it.

ANy help would be appreciated.
