"Wizard" page does not show the "current and next steps" ("Wizard Progress Bar" )

Hi All,

I created a "wizard" page, with 3 steps, with 1 item in each page.

But the pages are not showing current step, previous step or the next step ( "Wizard Progress Bar" )

Below are the screen shots of the operations I performed:

And the window comes up as show below, without displaying the image, which shows the current step and the next steps.

I am using "Universal Theme - 42" and theme style is "Vita".

Am I missing anything?
