without RSA key it is possible configure ssh.

Hi All,
We are on Solaris 11 , trying to configure non-interactive SSH across servers.
We do not want to configure 'RSA key generation' , There is any way to configure non-interactive SSH.?
Our requirement is we do not want user to enter the password/username of server just he'll select server and he should land to the respective server.
