WITH xx AS structure

we have this structure
WITH xx AS
which makes a temporary table for us,
now imagine we use it after that in select command.
and is it also possible to use it again in select command?
because i used with xx as and then i had 2 select and just for the last select i had error indicating this view or table doesn't exist.
