Windows XP crashes when USB Redirection and attaching smart card readers ?

Interesting, the GemaltoPC USB SL & Omnikey 3121 don't work for us, when I plug them into the Sun Ray 2FS, it bluescreens & reboots my PC (XP SP3 with latest patches), where I do the uttsc to. Any ideas, why this happening. I would be interesting for us as an alternative to the internal reader for Smartcard Authentication, as this device does not support Athena Smartcards with the T=1 protocol.

I get messages like

Warning: Usb_packet_open::process_return() - Status code error returned for plug in device: 5, (1)
