Windows Vista and SQL Developer 1.5

Hi,

I have recently upgraded my laptop to SQL Developer 1.5, running JDK 6.0 as advised in other posts, but I just can not get SQL Developer to start, I am setup as an administrator and also have turned off UAC, when running sqldeveloper.exe from the command line i just get returned to the C:\oracle\sqldeveloper> prompt. Any ideas? I've looked at the process list and can't even see it running in the background.
