Hi,
I've got a OGG 12.2 connected to a 12.2 database (compatible 12.1.0.2), running on Windows 2008 R2
local extract and replicat, remote pump connecting the master server works well.
I've got a problem with a passive pump on the master called by an alias on the remote site.
If I run the manager in application mode (start manager in a non-admin shell, but with administrator account), the passive pump works well (so I think there's no firewall problem)
If I run the manager as a service, with the System account or with the administrator account, I can't run the passive pump, at connect I've got :
ERROR OGG-01224 TCP/IP error 6 (Descripteur non valide),
english for TCP/IP error 6 : "Invalid handler" or "No such device or address"
I haven't found the difference between the manager running as a service or as an application, with the same user. I try to reboot, so I'm sure to have the same environment variables. I disabled local firewall and antivirus.
the remote host is using the same version of OGG.
